Checkout is being reconnected
Payments are handled by Stripe, and the business's payment setup is being reconnected right now — so the buttons on this page cannot open a payment page yet, and nothing here will take a payment. As soon as it is connected, those same two buttons open Stripe's own secure page ($6.99/month or $59.99/year) for your family.
No family is unlocked on its own while this is disconnected, and a subscription bought elsewhere would not switch anything on here. When checkout is reconnected, the payment page is created for your signed-in family's own account, so a completed subscription unlocks that family automatically — usually within seconds — and a cancellation switches it back off the same way. This page and the vault always report what your family's own record says.
Nothing else is needed from you. This page is checked every time it loads, so it will say “connected” again on its own as soon as the payment connection is back.
